**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in facilities maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with logic controllers.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and landscaping

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues in equipment and machinery

- Coordinate maintenance activities with external contractors

- Work with hotel management to make sure all Out of Order rooms are repaired and put back in service.

- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs

**Requirements:**

- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with team members and vendors

- Some knowledge in electrical, plumbing, wall repair, general hotel maintenance.

- Customer service skills to interact with customers.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
