Job Description

Maitri Mental Health – Maitri Spokane & Maitri Vancouver are hiring Full Time Behavioral Support Specialist (BSS).

Job Scope

-Evaluation of clinical assessments

-Creating client centered support plans

-Provide skills training for Client Goals

-Identify training opportunities for Caregivers

-Staff Case Manager referrals, authorizations, client supports, summaries

Job Requirements & Benefits

Master's Degree working towards Clinical Supervision hours preferred (LMHCA, LMFTA, LCSWA, MSWA).

3 years of experience working with adults with severe and persistent Mental Illness

Benefits include: Supervision, Trainings, PTO, Sick Time, 7 Paid Holidays, Quarterly Mental Health Days, Health Insurance and Vacation Hours offered to Full Time Employees (after 60 days).
