If you are an experienced restaurant employee looking to gain experience in management, ordering, food cost, and scheduling this is a prime opportunity to step up and position yourself for the manager fast track.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and uphold Maizal's standard for food quality and freshness
• Learn and enforce recipes and use of recipe book
• Accountability for all financial matters: sales and revenue, food cost, labor control, store expenses during your shifts
• Ensure that all register transactions are correct and accounted for
• Assisting with managing weekly store inventory
• Assisting making and tracking all store purchases
• Promote brand through outstanding customer service, catering, community giving, events, etc.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
