Majestic Dental is Hiring a Dental Front Office Near Cottleville, MO

We are bursting at the seams at our Brand New office on Cottleville Parkway and we need to welcome an additional front office team member to replace a valued team member moving out of state!

We are Privately-Owned, absolutely no corporate feel tolerated here, and our team is the best in the business. We are looking for like-minded, driven, individuals who are committed to taking their careers to the next step. All while being patient-centric, goal oriented, and ready to have FUN doing what they do.

Dental experience is a MUST.

Dentrix, or similar software, experience is highly recommended.

The candidate we select may fulfill duties including, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting patients warmly and making them feel comfortable.
  • Proficient in entering patient information into Dentrix, or similar software.
  • Answering phones with positive demeanor, scheduling appointments, handling patient accounts and insurance.
  • Manage the demands of a busy schedule.
  • Verifying insurance benefits to determine the patient's benefits, and answering insurance-related inquiries.
  • Following up on patient preventative care and recommended treatment.
  • Being passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
