Majestic Turbo-Dallas is Hiring a Sales Manager - Commercial Vehicles Near Irving, TX

Majestic Turbo of Dallas is the true pioneer of Turbocharger rebuild technologies dating back more than 25 years and continues today as one of the remanufacturing leader in turbocharger solutions for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and off-highway equipment.

We have a new opening for a Sales Manager for North America. This position focuses on a customer base in the lower 48 with roughly 25% travel during the year. Experience selling parts to Commercial Truck fleets and nation wide shop networks is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Evolve and continually refine a strategic business plan. Liaise with Management & engineering to ensure cost effective applications of Turbocharger products and provide information to determine future product sales strategy
  • Liaise with Retail sales team and other internal departments within cross-functional environment to manage the effective introduction of new products
  • Prepare and submit quotations and negotiate new business opportunities
  • Excel in transactional pricing, in process and rebuild cost explanation
  • Comfortable in negotiation
  • Manage and support all commercial matters especially annual pricing discussions within targets. Prepare supporting documentation
  • Establish and negotiate potential customer Terms and conditions, warranty agreements, purchasing conditions, delivery agreements etc. Support and accountable for past dues
  • Responsible for commercial proto-offers within margin target
  • Liaison with management in demand Forecast >3months
  • Support the customers delivery expectations
  • Manage VOC process, gap analysis and improvement action plans within QS9000 expectations
  • Awareness of industry, market and legislative drivers that impact upon boosted system business
  • Maintain customers and their competitors SWOT profile
  • Demonstrate the use of E business tools

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in Automotive, on-highway or off-highway sales (min 4 years)
  • MBA or commercial degree as a plus
  • Experience in product development or engineering as a plus
  • Experienced in cultural change / Management oriented
  • Negotiations skills training
  • Proven and successful commercial experience in automotive industry dealing with an engineered product
  • Leadership skills / Comfortable dealing with customers at all levels throughout their organizational structure
  • Distinct communicative skills / Analytical thinking / Ability to make decisions / Team-orientated
  • Demonstrated Leadership skills and cross-functional Team experience
  • Six-sigma certificate / communication & negotiation training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
