Major Food Group has opened the doors of **The Lobster Club** located in The Seagram Building (formerly The Four Seasons and Brasserie Restaurants).
This fine-dining concept is hiring **LINE COOKS** with Japanese Cuisine experience as well as strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen safety and sanitation, effective time management and quality control.
The position requires:
At least 2 years of experience in high volume and fine dining restaurants.
Previous experience in Michelin-starred (1, 2, or 3) and/or NY Times (2 or more stars) is preferred.
Previous experience with Japanese Cuisine required.
