Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for an Interim IT Contracts Counsel for a long-term consulting opportunity.
Overview: Our client is looking for a talented Interim Counsel with extensive IT contract experience; a background in healthcare is an advantage.
Company: Our client is a leading healthcare organization in NJ.
Experience: Candidates should have at least five years of experience handling sophisticated IT contracts, including licensing, SaaS, outsourcing, telecommunications, vendor, and data purchase agreements.
Location: Hybrid in their Edison, NJ office.
Responsibilities Include: The Interim IT Contracts Counsel will work as a part of the team and support the organization through all their IT-related transactions and initiatives. Candidates will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and redlining various technology agreements.
Qualifications Include:
BA/BS; JD required. Must be barred in the state of NJ.
Minimum of 5 years of experience handling IT related contracts including licensing, SaaS, outsourcing, vendor, telecommunications, and data purchase agreements.
A healthcare background is a big advantage.
Excellent communication, written and verbal skills.
Must be a client-centered problem solver.
Ability to handle complex IT-related matters thoroughly and effectively.
