**We are looking for a Spanish speaking Customer Service Agent**
**Responsibilities:**
As a member of our Customer Service team you will help our English and Spanish speaking customers by phone and email from our Houston office but also help them face to face at our new Meet-up place (a physical location caf/office where we meet our customers at). You need to be fluent, written and spoken, in English and Spanish. *Please note that you need to be based in the US already.*
**Requirements:**
* Spanish, on a mother-tongue level
* Previous experience from customer service
* A big plus if you have experience from the service industry
* Fantastic communication skills and extremely service minded
* Great at combining quality focus with efficiency

**Buscamos a un Agente de Servicio al Cliente hispano parlante**
**Responsabilidades:**
Como miembro de nuestro equipo de Servicio al Cliente t ayudars a nuestros clientes en ingls y en espaol por telfono y por email desde nuestra oficina de Houston pero tambin les ayudars cara a cara en nuestra ubicacin "Meet-up" (un lugar fsico caf/oficina donde interactuamos con nuestros clientes). Necesitas manejar el ingls y el espaol de forma fluida, tanto oral como escrita. *Por favor toma en cuenta que necesitas ya estar viviendo en los EEUU.*
**Requisitos:**
* Espaol, a un nivel nativo
* Experiencia previa de servicio al cliente
* Es una gran ventaja si tienes experiencia en la industria de servicio
* Habilidades de comunicacin fantsticas y muy orientado/a al servicio
* Bueno/a combinando el enfoque en calidad con la eficiencia
