This role is pivotal in driving our company's growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the seamless management of the accounts you bring in. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying and connecting with potential clients, showcasing our services, and converting leads into loyal clients. Develop and implement strategic plans to approach potential clients and market segments effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and engagement. Lead networking initiatives, attend industry events, and represent Make The Turn to build brand awareness and establish partnerships. Oversee the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with their marketing goals. Collaborate with the account management team to ensure that clients' needs are met and that services are delivered to the highest standard. Monitor the performance of accounts and provide insights and recommendations for improvements to maintain client satisfaction and retention. Regularly communicate with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure their experience with Make The Turn is positive and rewarding. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Requirement Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role with a track record of achieving revenue growth and client acquisition. Strong networking skills and a passion for building relationships with clients and industry professionals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present effectively and negotiate deals. A proactive, self-starter attitude with a focus on results and the ability to work independently. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously. Experience in overseeing client accounts and ensuring their satisfaction and retention. A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the marketing industry and an ability to identify opportunities for business expansion. Willingness to travel and attend networking events and client meetings as needed. Basic experience with CRM software and lead management tools. Base salary with a competitive commission percentage and bonus structure to reward performance and success.
