This jack of all trades loves fixing things, leading a team and has great organizational skills. Their primary role is to assist in developing and implementing plans to maintain the property, equipment, grounds and other assets, in a safe and suitable return back to standard. They will also lead a strong ninja-like team that is properly trained in guest satisfaction and the standard operating procedures for the property.

Requested Tasks:

• Visually inspect quality of work and direct team members and outside contractors in tasks
• Assig, supervise and verify completion of routine maintenance and operation of physical structure of the hotel
• Respond to emergencies
• Supervise remodeling projects or capital expenditure needs, including preparing and submitting budget estimates, progress and cost tracking
• Plan, prepare and monitor special projects

• Task-oriented and detailed personality
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Thorough understanding of the property and all related operational needs 
• Bilingual capabilities highly preferred
