Coming in Summer 2024, Chouette will bring the taste of French cuisine to Columbus. 

We are looking for someone who is a flawless professional in any situation… someone who understands that a smile can make any situation better… someone who knows what a guest needs before they can think to ask. A true problem solver. A true expert in guest experience. 

Requested Tasks

• Work with the Front of House teams to organize, manage and maintain the reservation system, guest needs and shift needs 
• Approachable and professional demeanor with guests & team alike - acting as liaise between guests and leadership
• Ability to be patient and understanding while handling issues that arise during service, such as seating conflicts, guest complaints, and team member inquiries, with diplomacy and efficiency
• Thorough knowledge of menu and beverage offerings and supporting knowledge of brand vision and standards of quality
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, setting the example for other team members, and contributing to overall ambiance & presentation of the restaurant
• Lead and train the host team, ensuring efficient and effective operations
• Organize and oversee reservations to optimize seating opportunities and guest flow
• Act as the liaison for special events, coordinating with guests and restaurant Leaders to ensure seamless execution
