Makers Church Northwest is a faith-based community in Vancouver, WA that aims to build bridges between faith and culture through the character, passion, and logic of the gospel. Our mission is to invite, challenge, and inspire people in the Pacific Northwest to experience the redemptive, restorative, and relevant role of Jesus and the church in their everyday lives.

Role Description

We own and operate a coffee shop out of a miniature food truck (cart) with a simple menu. All proceeds are considered donations to the church and go back to blessing & serving the community. We are looking for a passionate coffee savant and entrepreneur who has skills and drive, but lacks their own resources to start a business. We have the resources, and need the right person to leverage them. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow as a business manager, taking full ownership of every aspect of the coffee business.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management
• Previous store management experience ideal
• Passion for delicious coffee
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to create a positive customer experience
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
