Swim Instructor Responsibilities:

• Teach private swim lessons
• Assess students ability
• Work with students at their pace while consistently challenging them to progress further
• Transition trial lessons to new enrollments
• Always being safety minded

Swim instructor requirements are:

• Minimum 1 year experience teaching swim lessons
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be a strong swimmer able to demonstrate correct form
• Interested in working with beginner level & pre-school age students
• Current Lifeguard Certification (we can renew your certification)
• Must possess good time management, communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to have fun with their students!

Shifts Available:

• All shifts available: Monday - Friday 3pm to close, and Weekends
• Up to $30 per hour based on experience.
