The Maintenance Scheduler/Planner will anticipate and eliminate potential delays by planning and coordinating maintenance resources, parts, materials, and equipment access. They will also maximize workforce capabilities through prioritizing, planning, and scoping maintenance work orders.

Knowledge, Education, and Experience

A high school diploma or general education degree (GED), four years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. A minimum of five years of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is preferred. A proven history of related inventory management, including budgeting, forecasting, and CMMS, is required. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and G-Suite is necessary.

Must be reliable with strong written and communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and management staff. Ability to gather and record necessary information, follow through with assigned tasks, identify problem areas, and take corrective action in a timely manner. Must be able to meet deadlines and work well in high-pressure situations. Demonstrates high attention to detail and possesses strong planning/organizational skills.
