Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing detailed information about our services including Erectile Dysfunction Therapy, Testosterone Therapy, and Weight Loss Aesthetics.
- Assist clients with appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and general inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.
- Meet and exceed performance targets and sales goals.
