Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to produce high-quality products. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are running smoothly and producing quality products
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production
- Use CAD software for programming and CAM software for tooling
- Fabricate parts according to specifications
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Skills:
- Proficiency in operating various types of machinery, including welders, CNC machines, press brake machines, milling machines, etc.
- Knowledge of CAD software for programming and CAM software for tooling
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements
- Familiarity with press operations and press brake machine setup
- Experience in fabricating parts according to specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
