Malone's Onsite Specialists are responsible for interfacing with customers to determine staffing needs for light industrial and skilled opportunities. Onsite Specialists determine skill and proper fit for our clients along with managing employee relations. This is both a fun and challenging position, allowing the specialists to determine the best way to execute on tasks and to manage the customer relationship how they best see fit. The Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and by providing outstanding employee relations services to Malone employees onsite
  • Build lasting relationships with customer and act as a liaison between customer and branch staff
  • Assist branch staff with screening and selection process of new temporary associates as needed
  • Orientate new temporary associates on company policies and safety expectations
  • Maintain personnel records in the employee database for temporary associates
  • Manage daily attendance and weekly payroll for temporary associates
  • Investigate and resolve issues involving temporary associates
  • Mentor, conduct evaluations, manage disciplinary actions and dismissals of temporary associates
  • Maintain and present daily, weekly, monthly metric reports to internal and external leadership

 The Qualifications:

  • Experience with customer service/client relations 
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi task
  • Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office, Excel
  • Experience within the Staffing Industry or HR is preferred but not required
  • Must be available to work in office Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
