Malone Solutions is now hiring Yard Spotters for the city of Rialto to join our team ! 3rd shift
You will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our yard. As a Yard Spotter, you will be responsible for safely maneuvering vehicles within the yard, ensuring timely movement of trailers, and supporting overall logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate yard spotter equipment to move trailers within the yard
- Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure efficient trailer movement
- Perform inspections on trailers for damages and report any issues promptly
- Assist in loading and unloading trailers as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized yard area
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- Experience in yard spotting or similar role preferred
- Proficiency in operating yard spotter equipment
- Knowledge of flatbed, tanker, commercial driving, and route driving practices
- Ability to load and unload trailers using forklifts or other equipment
- Familiarity with regional lane operations and dump truck handling
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
