As a Grill Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes, ensuring that each item meets our high standards for taste and presentation.

Responsibilities :
Master the art of grilling various meats, vegetables, and other menu items to perfection, following specified recipes and cooking techniques.
Ensure that all ingredients are prepped and ready for the grill, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency in the cooking process.
Monitor food temperatures and quality consistently, making adjustments as needed to uphold our standards of excellence.
Maintain a clean and organized grill station, adhering to sanitation and safety standards. Regularly clean and maintain grilling equipment.
Work closely with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely delivery of grilled items to meet customer expectations.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Grill Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Exceptional grilling skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes.
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a hot kitchen environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.
