Job Description : We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team in Wixom, MI. As a Production Associate I, you will primarily work as an Inspector / Packer, ensuring the quality and proper packaging of our products.
This position is crucial to maintaining our high standards of production and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Pack products according to specified guidelines and procedures.
- Label and prepare products for shipment or distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Assist in other production tasks as needed.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
