Vendor Specialist Highlights :

• Pay rate : $19.00-$20.00 / hr
• Shift : 8 : 30am-5pm

Vendor Specialist Responsibilities :

• Liaison between the floor team in the warehouse and remote team
• Will work across the organization to ensure receipt accuracy and vendor compliance.
• Relay information to vendors to allow for course correction and / or penalization.
• Will assist and coordinate any rechecks, returns to vendor, and vendor disposals.
• Will assist with load audits (as needed) and collect / gather detailed data to relay back to supervisor and vendor team for resolution.

Vendor Specialist Requirements :

• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are essential for collaboration and conveying information clearly.
• Attention to details
• Experience with data entry and auditing
