WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
This admin position works full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Each day as our Executive Administrative Assistant, you'll ensure the office runs smoothly, handling tasks such as putting together contracts, quotes, and change orders. You'll be responsible for ordering supplies, answering calls, and coordinating with foremen and the owner. Your admin role will also involve managing incoming requests for bids, pricing and ordering supplies, scheduling inspections, and working on special projects. You'll provide comprehensive administrative support across the organization, maintaining accurate records and assisting with project documentation. Your proactive approach will ensure our team has everything they need to succeed, making you the go-to person for resolving office issues and streamlining our processes!
