As a Director of Account and Success Management, you will be responsible for driving retention and growth of large enterprise and government customers in a B2B SaaS context, focusing on building, enabling, and leading a top-notch B2B account management team, and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing customer outcomes. This role requires strong strategic leadership and team management skills.
