We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms. ****PLEASE NOTE. THIS POSITION IS ABOUT 75% SOCIAL MEDIA AND 25% HELPING OUT ON THE DELI COUNTER (CHECK DELI ASSOCIATE POST FOR MORE INFORMATION). Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on social media platforms
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activity
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and report on results
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing efforts
-Invite Social Media "Influencers" into the store and coordinate posts with them
Experience:
- Proven experience in social media management
- Strong research skills to stay updated on industry trends
- Proficiency in TikTok and Instagram trends, templates, and stories
-Proficiency in Canva or other platforms to make designs, templates, and posters -
- Excellent proofreading skills for content accuracy
- Knowledge of web design principles for creating visually appealing posts
- Ability to stigmatize brand messaging effectively
