- Assists Manager in the operations of the Mammoth Mountain Via Ferrata. Schedules guest reservations.
- Provides information to guests regarding Via Ferrata products.
- Answers phones and provides face-to-face customer service for the business.
- Responsible for the office/sales operation.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Six months of customer service experience preferred
- Three to six months of cash handling experience preferred
- Six months of general office or clerical experience preferred
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Knowledge of Mammoth Mountain Ski Area guest policies and facilities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior guest service skills and phone ettiquette
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and other computer skills preferred
