What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dog Kennel Attendant position at Man's Best Friend?
We are seeking full-time kennel staff to join our team at Man's Best Friend, a dog boarding and training facility. As part of our team, you will play a key role in providing care for our dogs, contributing to their well-being, and ensuring our facility is clean and safe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Letting dogs out for potty breaks
- Feeding and cleaning up after the dogs
- Daily scrubbing of dog runs (Yes, this includes scooping poop!)
- Providing general care for dogs to ensure their comfort and safety
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ANY HOURS BETWEEN 7AM-10PM
- Ability to perform physical work, including standing, walking, pushing, pulling during your shift.
- Please note: Due to safety concerns, facial piercings are not allowed while working. This policy helps prevent potential injuries while handling dogs or performing tasks in the kennel. A clear stud is allowed while working.
