Duties : Timely processing of payroll Corrections: Daily and weekly processing of corrections All corrections must be completed every Monday by 8am EST Consulting with SPM/HSS if questions or awareness of negative trends Mark Workbrain correction form “Yes” as completed -this moves correction to SPM view for trend analysis. Process off cycle checks when instructed by SPM/HSS. Utilization of schedule 360 for follow up of cost centers, verification of work, and any other verifications. Answer any payroll questions from SPMs, Region Coordinators and providers in a timely fashion.
Experience : Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams) (1 years) Ability to troubleshoot basic software issues Ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment Detailed orientated and having problem solving skills Superior Communication skills Demonstrated Customer Service skills Flexibility to support different time zones (region coordinators only) Ability to prioritize efficiently and effectively. Ability to work from home to their full potential
