Must have "Leave Management" experience.
Attendance Record Keeping – Ability to update/create excel spreadsheets a must
-Receiving documents – sort and file
-Updating spreadsheet daily
-Communicating attendance points status to manager
Leave Management –
-Receive notification for internal Leave Management and External State
-Review against attendance spreadsheet
-Matching Record of Attendance forms to Leave Management forms
Looking for someone that can support the Seattle Manufacturing Plant. The Ideal candidate would need to able to work independently and with all levels of management. Candidate needs to be self-motivated and disciplined. This person is going to be handling different HR projects (revamping of employee files, auditing employee files (I9's) Medical files within the plant. Assist with some onboarding of new hires. Review an update Job descriptions. Maintain employee uniform program. HR background would be nice, but not required as this person may have a hand in some office duties
