Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and professional Legal Receptionist to join our busy law firm in San Diego. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal reception and a background in hospitality, ensuring top-notch service and efficiency in managing front-desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for attorneys and staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a busy law firm.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
