We have immediate openings for talented team members with exceptional communication skills, via telephone, email, text and video messaging to assist our service customers with their vehicle needs and arranging visits to the dealership.

A typical workday would include assisting multiple customers with the service questions , reminders and notifications. You’ll be expected to spend most of your day on the telephone, talking, answering questions, and providing information. In addition, you will be leveraging email, texting and video communications to support our customer’s requests while they are navigating to our service department.

Must have dealership experience!!!!

· You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Leveraging these skills to improve customer relationships is something that genuinely makes you happy.

· You are able to complete a pre-employment screening including a drug screen and background check.

· A motor vehicle record will be requested for insurance purposes

· Previous automotive experience is beneficial but not required
