3rd shift

Temporary 8 week assignment! May turn into a permanent role based on performance!
Pay is based on experience starting at $18 / hr. with the potential to earn more based on experience.
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience!
Equipment Setup and Preparation :
Prepare and set up the extrusion machinery before each production run.
Install the necessary dies, molds, and other tooling required for specific products.
Adjust machine settings, such as temperature, speed, and pressure, based on product specifications.
Production Monitoring :
Operate the extrusion equipment during production runs, ensuring consistent and accurate output.
Monitor the extrusion process to detect any defects or malfunctions.
Make necessary adjustments to the machine settings to maintain product quality and adherence to specifications.
Quality Control :
Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Perform regular quality checks at various stages of the production process to identify and address any issues promptly.
Record and report any quality-related concerns or non-conformities to the supervisor.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting :
Perform routine maintenance tasks on the extrusion equipment, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or abnormalities, taking corrective action or reporting issues to maintenance personnel.
Assist with equipment repairs or upgrades as directed by the maintenance team.
Safety and Compliance :
Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Follow established operating procedures and guidelines to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Report any safety hazards, accidents, or near-miss incidents to the appropriate personnel.
Documentation and Reporting :
Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings, production quantities, and quality control data.
Generate reports on production output, downtime, and any production-related issues.
Provide input and suggestions for process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
