Maintenance Technician
Job Title : Maintenance Technician (1st Shift)
Hours : 5 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM, Monday - Friday
Salary Range : $27 - $30 per hour
Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 1st shift. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment within our facility.
This role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance work and includes resume submission and interview as part of the hiring process.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification is a plus).
