Job Description

Job Purpose:

In advance quality process activity is required as main responsibilities and need to continuously address process quality issue to analyze the root cause and improvement.

Also, quality engineer is required to perform the MIP PPAP activity in case of process 4M change.

Customer satisfactory is quality engineer’s main priority task.

Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):

  1. Serves as engineer representative for Quality improvement the Organization.
  2. Works with team to resolve quality issues and improve given quality performance.
  3. Serves as a member of the plant management team and helps develop plant goals.
  4. Work within the guidelines and expectations of MCA Policies and Procedures
  5. Able to work overtime during the week and on weekends as needed.
  6. Continuously demonstrate a positive attitude, teamwork, and cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisor
  7. Track quality issues and G-MES (Global Manufacturing Execution System) )
  8. Process and perform HPS (HALLA PRODUCTION SYSTEM) activity as part of HEE

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.

2. Understanding of GD&T for machining drawing.

3. Character that makes good harmony with relevant Colleagues.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

5. ISO/TS 16949 and IATF 16949 requirement.

6. Skill (SPC Control, Cpk)

Technical Competencies:

1. Performance Management.

2. Problem Solving/Analysis.

3. Quality Core Tools – PFMEA, PPAP, SPC, APQP, MSA

4. Understanding of General measuring equipment (Vernier Calipers, Micrometer, and Height Gauge).

Non-Technical Competencies:

  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interface effectively for problem solution.
  2. Must be a self-directed, results driven individual with the ability to effectively drive issues/problems to closure.

Supervisory Responsibility:

No Direct reports but needs to works well with others (QA, QE, PD, PE, etc.).
