We have a private room can be rented for parties, meeting and special events. We offer -Full bar including (Whiskey, Tequila, Vodka, Scotch, Cocktails, Beer, and Seltzers) -Exceptional hookah service (Custom LED Tipsy Hookahs & All Glass LED Hookahs) house blend flavors and many more. -Delicious food menu which includes (chicken wings, French fries, chicken tenders, mozzarella cheese sticks, onion rings, fried pickles, smoothies, coffee, tea, desserts, and more.

**JOB DESCRIPTION:

Mangos cafe is looking for a Shift leader. An individual who’s willing to be part of the company and help us to grow more and more.

-Require at least some college degree or classes completed in college.

-Must be available to work on weekend including (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday) closing hours.

-After six weeks of training you will help manage a team of 4-10 employees.

-Your job is to assist the store manager with whatever it takes to provide good customer servicer and 100 % customer satisfaction.

-You must have some experience in customer service, everything else we can teach you and train you.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing employees requests and transgressions.

Assigning duties to specific employees based on role and skills

Training new and current team members on tasks.

Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessary

Handling customer issues and managing conflicts.

Conducting performance reviews and sharing feedback with both upper management and team members

Adhering to company policies and health, safety and employment standards

Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

Set clear team goals

Delegate tasks and set deadlines

Oversee day-to-day operation

Monitor team performance and report on metrics

Motivate team members

Discover training needs and provide coaching

Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments

Suggest and organize team building activities

**REQUIREMENT:

Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor

In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
