Manage from a senior perspective multiple cross-functional, subordinate teams of supply chain consultants, analysts and managers responsible for implementation of Manhattan products or upgrades for tier 1 clients including setting overall objectives, monitoring progress, providing mentoring, performing performance reviews, and supplying input for hiring/promotions to ensure efficient operations. Manage personnel, project and budget analysis, labor planning, issue resolution, and the coordination of activities between client and company personnel. Monitor employee contribution to project completion from initiation through delivery to meet revenue and cost projections. Requires a four-year bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering or related technical field and 7 years of experience in the position offered or 7 years of experience developing, supporting or implementing application software. Requires 2 years of experience: managing people or leading teams; and managing projects. Up to 25% travel required. Employee reports to office in Atlanta, GA. Position may work from home, but must live within commuting distance of stated office.
