Job DescriptionCompany Overview:With clinics across the 5 boroughs and Long Island, Manhattan Restorative Health Sciences (MRHS) is New York’s leading group of award-winning medical centers specializing in advanced `body and mind’ treatment plans and the development of related clinical research. MHRS employs a range of nationally renowned physicians and specialists to perform minimally-invasive procedures for our patients, including Pain Management, Advanced Interventional Treatments, Regenerative Medicine, and Integrative Wellness Therapies. We focus on the complex interplay between mental and physical symptoms, developing innovative treatment plans that promote longevity and offer our patients superior restorative health outcomes.

Key responsibilities and duties associated with this role:The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our healthcare practice. They will ensure day-to-day operations are streamlined and will implement programs for improved efficiency.
Operational Management:
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure efficient and compliant practice operations.
  • Oversee the scheduling, staffing, and workflow management to optimize resource allocation and maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to streamline processes and improve patient care delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
Financial
  • Monitor and manage expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to optimize financial outcomes.
Strategic Planning and Decision-Making:
  • Collaborate with the practice's leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Evaluate and recommend new programs, services, and partnerships to drive business growth and enhance patient experience.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively adapt strategies and ensure compliance.
Staff Leadership and Development:
  • Provide effective leadership to a team of operational staff, including recruitment, training, performance management, and professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, facilitate communication, and ensure alignment with the practice's goals and objectives.
  • Support staff in resolving operational challenges, providing guidance, and promoting continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field
  • 5 years of managerial experience
  • Proven multitasking capabilities, with the ability to evaluate situations and change direction quickly when necessary
  • Demonstrated organizational skills needed to manage a multi-facility operations
  • Effective Communicator and Collaborator
  • Budgeting and Resource Management: Experience in budgeting and resource allocation
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry a plus but not required
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
