Qualifications:

• Must have a strong mechanical background, be knowledgeable in maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical problems and well rounded in preventative maintenance.
• A high school diploma or equivalency is preferred with at least two years minimal experience in cleaning and custodial services.
• Individual should have experience with equipment handling, floor care, carpet care, routine cleaning techniques.

Additional Information:
Responsible for preventative maintenance of machinery, plumbing, maintaining interior and exterior building structures, familiar with general maintenance requirements. This position is responsible for coordinating, facilitating, and servicing the needs of the building making secure and clean at all times.

Salary dependent upon position and experience - minimum starting rate-$17.91 per hour.
