We are hiring part-time, experienced, energetic Sales Associates/ Customer Experience Stylist to come join our team within Orlando Florida.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Sales Associate/ Customer Experience Stylist
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Assess and address customers' needs
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
- "Go the extra mile" to drive sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of floor and back stock room areas
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Team up with co-workers for a collaborative environment with the goal to ensure quality customer service.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Comply with inventory control procedures
- Assist with all visual merchandising effort; such as styling mannequins and adjusting placement of furniture
- SKILLS Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Familiarity with inventory procedures
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly
- Availability to work Weekend/ flexible schedules
- COMPENSATION$14/ hour Plus Commissions on sales
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
