POSITION : Transition Paraprofessional-part time position
LOCATION : Serving our member districts, which include CrippleCreek-Victor, Manitou Springs, and the Woodland Park School Districts.

Under the direct supervision of the Ute Pass BOCES Transition Coordinator the transition
paraprofessional / job coach role is to provide services to 18 to 21-year-olds being served under
an IEP.
Such services will include :
