Job Description

Role Summary

Responsible for shipment process and documentation according to customer requirements

Main Tasks

Creation and updating of deliveries (incl. packaging data)
Creation and updating of shipments
Preparation of customs clearance
Printing of shipping documents
Creation of invoices
Monitoring of shipment process
Advise of transport requests
Update of external portals (forwarder / Customer)
Apply customer shipping requirements and instructions
Performing other tasks according to the direct supervisor
Ensures compliance with audits like MMOG or norms ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 Q principles at their workplace.
Full fills procedures, instructions, orders and environmental laws and all generally applicable legal regulations.
