We are looking for an accounting manager who has experience with SAP Business One.

The Accountant is responsible for a 360 approach to actively participating in all areas of accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, balance sheet account reconciliations, all aspects of cost accounting, and month-end closing & factoring.

Job Responsibilities:

• · Deep knowledge of SAP Business One· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including complex formula building, pivot tables and vlookups required
• · Prepare and/or review data, reports, and appropriate audit trail for GAAP presentations of income statements, balance sheets, statements of cash flow and other focused reports
• · Improve on monthly procedures related to month-end close
• · KPI development and reporting for management
• · Conduct internal audits to assure assets and liabilities are protected and properly stated
• · Ensure compliance with federal, state and international income, sales, property, payroll and other tax regulations and licenses
• · Create and maintain budgets
• · Provide accounting and bookkeeping support
• · Process accounts payable and receivables
• · Prepare and maintain all accounting documents and records.
• · Process bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
• · Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
• · Daily entering of financial transactions into SAP Business One
• · Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
• · Collection efforts on past due payments
• · Weekly accounting report management and cash flow analysis.
• · Process Invoices
• · Prepare sales and other financial reports.

Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• MBA and/or CMA
• 4 years in manufacturing accounting in a controller or manager role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, a team leader and an eye for process improvement
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong experience with ERP software (SAP Business One preferred)
• Very high attention to detail, good organizational skills, reacts well to time pressure, comfortable working in office environment and is motivated to learn all aspects of the manufacturing operation
• Extraordinary work ethic and ability and willingness to put in the hours required to drive quality work to completion
