Responsibilities:

• Users account management, improving the retention rate by creating the success stories, organizing workshops and solving their problems, etc.
• Clarifying users' profiles and collecting their feedback.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for all issues about your accounts.
• Establishing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, internal business teams. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Ensuring the prompt and successful delivery of our solutions in accordance with users requests.
• Develop new business with existing clients and pinpoint areas for improvement to meet orders and increase goals.
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly results and annual forecasts).

Requirements:

• Result-driven and adapt to fast-paced internet working environment
• 2-5 years of overall relevant job experience in operation/customer relations management.
• Experience in e-commerce business, global sourcing, or international trade.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Native language, plus fluent English speaking and writing with an internal team.
• Proven experience building customer connections and promoting revenue growth.
