Essential Functions

• Perform duties in a safe manner utilizing all required personal protection equipment. Hearing protection Eye protection
• Exhibit quality awareness to meet or exceed our customer’s expectations
• Perform job in an efficient manner in order to meet our goals.
• Be present and on time on scheduled workdays for the purpose of maintaining excellent customer service

Position Responsibilities

• Push full racks to heat set area
• Check IDs on racks
• Help Twisting operators clear off conveyor belts
• Help with changeovers at twisting machine (i.e. load packages; tie ends, etc)
• Strap used cardboard; take cardboard and plastic wrap to warehouse
• Organize tube and cone area
• Gather waste at end of shift, weigh and take to warehouse
• Dye tails on natural yarn only
• Sweep work area as needed
• Keep empty box in warehouse for cabler operators
• Pick up empty racks at twister as necessary
• Perform daily forklift inspection at the beginning of each shift
• Perform any duties assigned by supervisor
