Manoa Cottage is seeking a caring, detailed orientated, and clinical care focused Licensed Nurse for it’s Long-Term Care Facility in Manoa. Be among devoted staff, great residents and family members and strong management support. Manoa Cottage is a 24-bed care home facility with great staff teamwork in a home like setting. Work in a familiar health care facility with low staff to resident ratio and supportive co-workers and supervisors.
Job Summary:
The Nurse Manager is responsible for the planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling the nursing department to ensure the highest degree of quality resident care in accordance with all laws and regulations. Guides the direction, administration, and development of nursing operations towards providing quality patient care. Retains authority, responsibility, and accountability for all subordinate licensed and certified nursing personnel.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing with the state of Hawaii required.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Previous supervisory nursing or administrative experience and have training and/or experience in rehabilitative, geriatric, or long-term care nursing preferred.
- 2 Step TB clearance or Chest X-Ray (with proof of positive results) required.
- Employment Health Clearance (within the last 12 months) required.
