Manpower Engineering is currently working with a successful metal fabrication company that develops and manufactures orthopaedic trays and cases for medical use. This organization is currently hiring for a Fabrication Manager who has in depth expertise in Amada Punch Press operation, programming, and processes.

Job Title: Fabrication Manager - Turret Press Expert

Location: Fairfield, IN

Pay Range: $95-110K

What’s the Job?

• Specify and identify material needs based on components being manufactured.
• Directly oversee manufacturing capacity and report on progress.
• Directly oversee manufacturing efficiency and report on progress.
• Plan and manage workload through all fabrication processes for all shifts.
• Identify improvements for manufacturing and fabrication of components.
• Identify and inventory tools, supplies, and products for fabrication processes.

What’s Needed?

• Experience working in sheet metal fabrication environment.
• Must have 2 years of experience operating Turret Presses.
• Experience programming Turret Presses.
• Expertise in Turret Press Processes and improvements.
• Deep understanding of sheet metal properties.
• Full understanding of forming, brake presses, and brake press tooling.
