Our client, an international manufacturer of products for a variety of industries, is seeking a Manufacturing Site Leader to join their team. As a Manufacturing Site Leader, you will be part of the Manufacturing Quality Team supporting Manufacturing.. The ideal candidate will have strong continuous improvement, mentoring/coaching and plant floor problem resolution skills which will align successfully in the organization. This is a 4 month contract - may have the opportunity to go direct. Locals only please - in-person interviews to be conducted next week onsite at the facility. This is an OEM Aerospace facility producing Aerospace components.

Job Title: Manufacturing Site Leader

Location: Brea, CA

Pay Range: $65-$72/hr DOE plus benefits

What’s the Job?

• Consult on plant floor manufacturing issues and perform continuous improvement onsite
• Manage, coach and lead manufacturing team on continuous improvement activities on production lines
• Help resolve any issues at the location

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
• 5 years' experience as a Lead/Supervisor/Manager in continuous improvement on the manufacturing floor in an OEM component environment (ideally Aerospace)
• Strong experience mentoring, managing and coaching manufacturing and engineering teams on continuous improvement processes and projects
• Strong computer experience including reporting
