Maintenance Supervisor
Primary Purpose: The Maintenance Supervisor will serve as a key member of the maintenance team, reporting into our engineering and facilities department. Responsibilities include leading a team of mechanics and electromechanics, ensuring the smooth operation of our automatic robotic systems, have a continuous improvement mindset, focus on maximization of equipment, communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, and model a safe workplace.

Job Duties
· Supervise a team of maintenance technicians to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on the automated and robotic systems
· Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability
· Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems
· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with the automated and robotic systems
· Provide direction and leadership to all maintenance associates
· Schedule and review maintenance daily task/inspections and ensure job completion
· Evaluate Inspections and PMs to determine if minor and major repair need to be schedule not to impact operations
· Conduct operations departments daily, weekly departmental walkthrough
· Provide daily mechanical equipment output and KPI
· Track, document and report daily all work carried out on all mechanical equipment on both paper and electronic system
· Analyze issues to create a root cause analysis and development of countermeasures, to maintain a 98.5% uptime
· Conduct risk assessments of processes, task and inventories in the maintenance department
· Manage the spare parts inventory and ensure timely ordering of replacement parts
· Develop and maintain a safe work environment for the maintenance team
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and safety, to drive continuous improvement and efficiency
· Sustain 5S program throughout maintenance and machine operators
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, preferred
· 2 years of experience in mechanic and electrical maintenance and repair of automated and robotic systems in manufacturing or other warehouse setting
· Ability to troubleshoot PLC and work with up to 480V electrical
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Proficient in the use of electrical and mechanical test equipment
· Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to identify issues with mechanical equipment and determine detrimental risk levels that can impact equipment or operations
· CMMS experience, a plus.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suit or related software as needed to completed reports, create logs and inventory tracker
