Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator with a strong emphasis on people engagement and culture to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who is passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement engagement strategies that promote a positive work culture.
  • Organize and coordinate employee events, workshops, and activities aimed at fostering team spirit and enhancing employee morale.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee recognition programs.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and improve communication channels.
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated into the company culture effectively.
  • Coordinate training sessions related to culture, diversity, inclusion, and other relevant topics.
  • Maintain and update employee engagement metrics and feedback mechanisms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in a similar HR role, with a focus on people engagement and culture initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and employment law.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative engagement programs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Experience using HRIS and other HR software systems.
