Our client, a leader in the hospitality industry, is seeking an Office Coordinator to join their team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be part of the Administrative Department supporting the entire office team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully with our organization.
Job Title: Office Coordinator
Location: Miami, FL
What's the Job?
  • Manage and order supplies for mailrooms, conference rooms, and team lounges while monitoring budget constraints.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and coordinate courier services.
  • Answer and prioritize incoming calls and emails, responding to internal and external queries.
  • Coordinate with HR and building management on policies, recruitment, and office maintenance.
  • Provide support to visitors and oversee the organization and cleanliness of the office.
What's Needed?
  • High School diploma/GED; Associate's Degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with both MAC and PC.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
