Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Our client, in Edinburgh is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Admin Assistant you will be supporting the manufacturing teams including HR, Accounting and Leadership. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask, have great communication skills and ability to transition quickly to tasks which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Part Time Administrative Assistant
Location: Edinburgh
Pay Range: $18-$20 /hr
What's the Job?
  • Assist with HR related functions including benefits
  • Assist with Purchasing related functions
  • Handling incoming calls, mail and visitors
  • General data entry including payroll hours and timesheets tracking
  • Respond to invoices inquiries AP & AR
What's Needed?
  • MS Office Skills: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes
  • Previous office administrative experience in manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work with manufacturing teams to complete tasks
